Shipping policy

We currently ship across India.

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched only after order confirmation via phone call.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email or SMS.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address details provided by the customer.
