Refund policy
We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos of the product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, as applicable.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds to bank accounts. In such cases, a replacement will be provided.
Products once opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
